Students will learn about internship and professional employment opportunities by attending employer presentations and interacting with food industry employers in a career fair setting.

Students majoring in food marketing, marketing, and sales are invited to attend Food Marketing Career Night. Pre-business students are encouraged to attend.

AGENDA
5:30 pm: Student Check-In
6:00 - 8:00 pm: Employer Presentations
8:00 - 9:30 pm: Meet 'n Greet/Network with Employers

*Research the companies of interest to you prior to attending the event.
*Dress in business professional attire.
*Bring copies of your resume to provide to employers during the networking portion of the event.
*You may arrive anytime throughout the evening

Get Prepared!

*Resume Critique Night, Oct 1. Sign up to attend a 20-minute critique session. You'll walk away with confidence and specific value-added suggestions.

*Practice Interview Day, Oct 5. Sign up for a 40-minute practice interview. Employer representatives who interview regularly will offer feedback on your strengths as well as suggestions for improvement.

*Get Prepared for Business Career Day, Oct 16. Are you ready for Business Career Day? Join us to learn more about career fair etiquette. More details to follow!
